We won our softball league championship tonight. So that's 2 championships in 4 months but now there are 6 months of down time until the next time.

Well Sunday I drove the truck to a park where my wife and I play softball then I rode my bike back home and the whole family rode back to the park. Then we played a game.

Had a Great trip to the Mountains this labor day, but blew the diet for the week end but now it is time to get back into it and keep loosing. good luck to all
