just living life, playing softball, still doing boot camp. not to much excitement

Still at it ther diet is going well and the boot camp is kiling me but Im enjoying my self aswell hope all is well wtih the rest of you all

The full moon

Came home from Church yesterday, changed into something comfortable but before I got to the bedroom door My shorts fell to my ankles. Oh great now I have to wear a belt all the time.
That is till I buy some new shorts. BTW boot camp this morning was good, but tough.

boot camp

Well the diet is going good still, now starting monday morn is a new Boot Camp with a guy who is trying to get his personal trainer Certificate. There is still room for more if your interested. Not really sure I want to do this to myself but gotr to do more if I want to keep losing. good Luck To all of you, and keep up the hard work
