It's been a little over 2 weeks and I'm still keeping up with the diet. that's about it.

  1. That's awesome, Scott! Be proud of yourself for sticking to your plan for 2 weeks. You're embarking on a lifestyle change, so small, successful baby steps will build up and propel you to a big win. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Or framed in terms that are more appropriate to us, losing 1-2 pounds a week is a loss of 50-100 pounds in a year! Go get `em, man!!!

  2. Oh Scott... you are a silly man! I would recommend bloggin SOMETHING so people feel happy for you when you take all their money! There is nothing more irritating to losing to someone who refuses to let anyone know anything about them... JUST SAYIN'!
