Its been a week now and have cut most of my beloved soda and Kool-aid and cut back on my breads. Lost the easy water weight but its seemed to stop there, looks like I'm going to have to start (yes I'm going to say it) to exercise now, uuuuugg. On the positive side I ate lots of sugar on Sunday it made me feel sick all day, I guess my body's started to change.
HAHA!! I'm way proud that you have given up soda and kool-aid! I don't know if I EVER thought that would happen! ;)
